Irritating Prompt Box Popups

Seems as though some site that is advertised on alot of different sites has a Prompt Box that pops up and asks for a name and pa$$word. It stops all surfing that you are doing. Whether intentional or not, it is very annoying and will result in alot of pages being suspended on different sites. Hope someone either fixes that particular site, or alot of webmasters will have to delete sites that are submitted with that issue. Either that or lots of people will have editing to do to take that site off their pages!
