Seems as though they might be they're going out of business, cheap traffic exchanges are their specialty. I sent 2 support tickets to their Sales department with no response for 6 days now, looks like cheap does not stay around forever!! Or maybe just giving support for large purchases, or there are too many issues with their Traffic Exchange scripts?
