Buyers Beware!
If you are thinking about buying from wish.com be aware of a few things. A vast majority of the products they sell come from China or similar areas and sometimes take weeks to be delivered, if you need something quick pay more or buy it elsewhere.Customer service is really a joke, their automated assistant is just short of useless. It will ask for your item inquired, show you the tracking but does not let you get much further. I already knew the damn tracking but it keeps showing me each time I tried to use it. I had issues with the seller cancelling my purchase. Email support seems semi automated because I had keep getting the same questions in replies. They could not understand my question and got an answer of taking 30 days for credit. I should have been given it immediately because the seller cancelled my order not me. Seems it was considered forbidden goods and all it was is a metal detector I wanted as a hobby, not to say it was a cheap one. NO GO. Wish Support seems to have a very limited intelligence when I had explained several times or they have so many returns their short handed. With over 900 employees according to the web they should be able to handle such matters.
Ok second issue was actually a complaint of an order I received. I had purchased a couple of 8tb 2.5in hard drives. One finally came in and it only showed 6tb of space, I did a search on the web and found out that the highest available for a 2.5in hard drive is only 5tb which I did not know before. More that I looked at the hard drive figured out it was not a hard dive. The box it came in said "case" with a sticker saying 8t hard drive, but something is definitely inside the case even though it feels empty. After going back and forth with support again I finally got MOST of my money back, short about $8US. The ticket was closed by support so I could not mention that to them. I was not going to go through all that crap again so I just let it be.
Now waiting to see if the other deliver has the same issue with the product, most likely because they DO NOT exist yet. Considering it was purchased the next day and being another 8tb - 2.5in hard drive I do not have high expectations on this purchase. I have not looked at who is shopping this one afraid to see it's the same company or individual.BTW I found a "Customer Service" number "1 (800) 266-0172" for Wish on Google .. Great but when you call it said they no longer do that. Figures, wonder why I am not surprised.
